Terms of Service


1. Pricing

All prices are stated in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).


2. Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

All our cakes and breads contain eggs, gluten and dairy products unless specified as vegetarian friendly. Therefore, our products may not be suitable for those diagnosed with lactose intolerant and celiac disease (allergic to gluten). Pleased also be advised that some of our products may contain traces of nuts and for that, will not be suitable for those who have an allergic reaction to nuts.


3. Delivery Conditions

The products of Happy Angel’s Cake House Sdn. Bhd. (‘HAPPY ANGEL’) can be collected personally at our outlets or be delivered to a requested address. At the moment, HAPPY ANGEL's delivery service only covers Teluk Intan area (Postcode: 36000). 

Please be informed that product will be delivered to your requested address by HAPPY ANGEL's delivery person based on the time and date you specified during checkout and a delivery fee of RM5 will be applied. Delivery arrangement will only be scheduled once full payment has been made.

Once delivery arrangement is confirmed, it is important to ensure that the customer or representative is available to receive the product at the specified time and date as failure to collect the product from the delivery person will result in the product being returned to HAPPY ANGEL without refunds. Customer will be required to collect the returned product personally at our outlets and the delivery fee paid will not be refunded.

Please do also take note that customers can change the specified delivery date and time to avoid unforeseen circumstances into a later date and time. However, this is subject to availability. Please do contact our customer service to check on the available time slot and date:

4. Storage and Consumption

We highly recommend that our products are being stored and consumed based on the following guidelines:

Packaged Bread:
 Packaged bread should be stored at room temperature and tightly sealed within its original packaging. Bread keeps fresh longer at room temperature, stored in a cool, dry place that minimizes exposure to the environment. It is advised to consume the product within the expiry period stated.

Bun & Croissant:
 Bun and croissant are recommended to be kept at room temperature and stored in a cool, dry place which is not humid. It is advised to consume the product within 24 hours.

Sponge Cake:
 In order to maintain the quality of sponge cake, please place the cake into a chiller for 30 minutes before serving. Sponge cake is required to be consumed within 72 hours. Please do take note that some packaged sponge cakes have longer shelf life as stated on the packaging. All sponge cake products are required to be kept refrigerated (2°C - 6°C).

Butter Cake:
 Butter cake can last up to 72 hours if it is kept refrigerated (2°C - 6°C). However, butter cake will harden if it is chilled. Therefore, before serving the chilled butter cake, it is best to bring the cake back to room temperature for it to soften up. Please do take note that some packaged butter cakes like Royal Fruit Cake, Fruit Cake & Butter Cake have longer shelf life as stated on the packaging. Packaged butter cake is recommended to be kept at room temperature and stored in a cool, dry place which is not humid.

Cheese Cake:
 Cheese cake can last up to 72 hours if it is kept refrigerated (2°C - 6°C). It is also recommended to store cheese cake in a fully sealed air-tight plastic container in the fridge to prevent dehydration/ contamination. Please do take note that some packaged cheese cakes have longer shelf life as stated on the packaging. All cheese cake products are required to be kept refrigerated (2°C - 6°C).

Ice Cream Cake:
 Ice cream cake is required to be stored in a freezer and consumed within 7 days. Before serving, it is a good idea to keep the ice cream cake in the chiller for around 30 - 60 minutes as this will allow it to soften up enough to cut without it melting out. 


5. Payment/ Cancellation & Refund

Payment:
 We currently only accept payments via:

  1. iPay88 for online bank transfers
  2. iPay88 for Debit Card
  3. iPay88 for Visa or MasterCard
  4. iPay88 for E-wallet (Boost, GrabPay, Maybank PayQR & Touch&Go eWallet)

All online transaction information will not be kept with www.happyangelscakehouse.com and it's all processed by the designated payment gateways.

Cancellation & Refund:
 Any cancellation is possible so long as it is five (5) days prior the scheduled pick up or delivery date. If the cancellation period goes beyond the stipulated time, 100% of the payment is non-refundable. 


6. Amendment of Cake

Please be informed that any amendment can be made on the ordered cake so long it is three (3) days prior the scheduled pick up or delivery date. Amendments that can be made are as follow:

  1. Icing writing on the cake
  2. Icing of the cake
  3. Layer of the cake
  4. Filling of the cake
  5. Decorations/ toppings of the cake
  6. Design of the cake (subjected to discussion with customer service)
